Brian was fantastic, as a realtor and as person. Having lived in our house for 50 years, we had a lot of anxiety about everything! Brian was calming, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with before sale business. He recommended a wonderful painter, brought us moving boxes and and gave us great advice. When it was time for us to buy a new home, our first call was to Brian and Kerri Graver. We knew a few people that had purchased homes with them and they all raved about them. And now we completely agree. We had to not only sell our current home (which they sold quickly in a private, off-market sale!) but we had to buy a new one at the same time. The other unique part of the equation was my father would be moving in with us, so we needed a home that was suitable for multigenerational living. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and we were referred to Brian by one of my husbands colleagues. This was by far the best decision we have ever made!
